The Mob Can’t Breathe But I Can
I could breathe freely the moment I was freed from the liberal prison. First I had to take out the guard tower where the minister of mind control was posted. This was easy after I discovered the liberating power of truth. This truth became the prism that filtered every thought. That truth was and remains Jesus Christ. Once I learned the art of thinking biblically, I began to see through the countless ideological assaults on what was real. One lying assault after another was brought into subjection to the truth.
Even though the truth is powerful, it alone wasn’t enough to be totally free to breathe. I had to cut through the barbed wire of group think. Human beings are by nature social creatures and rely on physical support and the affirmation of others. Traditionally these types of support come from spouses, family, churches and the community. Once accepted into a group, no one wants to be viewed as being contrary to whatever the current flow of thought may be. The fear of being on the outside is the super glue that keeps a group of people moving like a herd of sheep, whether in a positive or negative direction.
Something bad has happened to the traditional supply lines of support. They have been replaced by political, racial, socio-economical affiliations and sexual classifications. What we are witnessing from the vantage point of a Christian society is the realignment of people groups into gangs. Once joining a gang, we are easily manipulated by the gang leaders. This explains why gangs can easily morph into destructive and demonic mobs. This is what we are witnessing on the evening news throughout the country. This method of structuring civilization makes society uncivilized. You may not perceive yourself as a part of the mob, but if your sentiments align with the mob, you are the mob. You may not be giving direct support, but you are still part of what’s fueling it. If you are silent, you are also part of the mob. Silence is the primary wall of defense protecting evil. It prevents those who are trapped from coming out. Biblically speaking we call it, apostasy.
This brings me to the current media and politically driven discussion that has gripped our nation; that’s Mike Brown and Eric Garner. You have to wonder how the majority of the black community can look at three of Mike Brown’s autopsies that clearly show the bullets entering through the front and conclude that he was shot in the back. You wonder why blacks overwhelmingly blame the death of Eric Garner on white cops, even though the arrest was supervised by a black officer. Well, that’s easy to answer; everyone in their relational sphere is saying the same thing and disturbing the narrative is suicide. Anyone who dissents will be ostracized and verbally pummeled.
Let me give you an example of what I’m talking about. I was heavily engaged in a political discussion with someone who was a political opposite and they made the statement, “I have never heard a black man speak the way that you are speaking.” I then questioned, “Other than me, do you personally know anyone who is a conservative?” A long silence pursued. There are two observations to take away from this. In the first place, I didn’t know that a black man is supposed to speak, think and act as one. Secondly, there is the implication that my behavior is not approved of and my way of thinking puts me outside of the mainstream. This was an indirect application of pressure appealing to man’s need to belong. Logically speaking, it was the fallacy of appealing to the crowd.
This had no effect on me because I already belong. I belong to the Christian race, which includes all ethnicities. I belong to the family of God. I am categorized as a male, as witnessed by nature’s law and God’s law. I belong to the Christian community that is not subdivided into many groups by race, sex, political labels, or the haves and have nots. By virtue of using God’s methods of structuring civilizations, society becomes civil. Because I am a part of God’s family and have exercised my Christian mind, I can breathe without the aid of those who manipulate the rich-poor divide, and the political, sexual, and racial gangs. Those who say that they can’t breathe have lost their ability to see, think or act outside of the true order of things. Instead of the air passages being restricted, their minds and spirit man have been cut off from God. There’s a good reason why the mob can’t breathe.
To whatever extent we walk in the kingdom of God IS the degree that we are able to breathe.
Packaging Deception Rules the Day
The Christians in Springfield, MO have been characterized by the proponents of the SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity) law as haters, homophobes and supporters of discrimination. This narrative has won the day in the local newspaper editorials and evening news broadcasts. Not only has it been successful in those outlets, it has also taken hold in Christian circles due to ignorance of the law.
Many Christians and pastors believe that this ordinance is about equal protection and civil rights when in reality it has nothing to do with either. It’s just the Trojan horse being used to change the culture by force instead of debate in the market place of ideals. In reality the list of Christians who are losing their businesses is growing, and in some cases, they are faced with the potential of losing their homes. All of this is because they are not willing to endorse and celebrate something that is an abomination in God’s view.
In every case where a Christian business has been sued, there was ample opportunity for those in the LGBT community to take their business somewhere else. Clearly, homosexuals in each case targeted a Christian business knowing that these business owners would have to violate their religion in providing services. The lawyers defending these Christians have easily proven that there were many businesses that would have happily served them.
Furthermore, every one of the Christian business owners served the LGBT community for years on many occasions within the boundaries of their consciences. They did so with Christian love and the respect that’s due any human being. The notion of being a bigot or homophobe is proven absurd on the basis of how the Christian business owners conducted themselves.
At the end of the day, what is actually accomplished? It seems that one group through the force of law has obtained the right to demand that others violate their conscience or face fines and imprisonment. This is simply the right to oppress Christians by those who say they want to be equal. Their definition of equal is the ability to place their foot on the throat of another. There are no current laws stating that Christians have more rights than the LGBT community, but on the other hand, the SOGI laws classify the LGBT community as a “protected class” and grant them “extra protection” thus providing them with more rights than Christians. The fair housing and hiring laws prior to the SOGI laws gave everyone the same protections rendering the new laws unnecessary. We now have the evidence of many Christian people being sued, thus illustrating that the intent of the SOGI laws was nefarious.
There are two main issues at hand. Let me explain that the proper narrative should be how Christians are being terrorized. Firstly, this is nothing less than a religious free speech issue. The second issue that seems to get lost in the minutiae of the argument is the elimination of property rights. A Christian private business can no longer have autonomy. When the dust finally settles, there will be a new definition of private property. No one will be able to determine what they can or can’t do with what they own because they will no longer own anything. This is simple. If you can’t determine what to do with something, it’s not yours. At best you are a custodian serving the purposes of others.
If the Church is afraid to oppose these oppressive laws, then it deserves to be oppressed by them. If the false narrative goes unopposed, then the average church goer remains rudderless, and ambiguity rules the day within the congregations. When the shepherds in Springfield fail to bring clarity and direction, then the sheep have simply been thrown to the wolves.
The false narrative must be countered with the fact that this is the Christian Suppression Law in the spirit of Jim Crow. Yes, I’m sad to have to break the news to you that state sanctioned discrimination is back. Instead of white racists doing the oppressing, it’s the revolutionary political opportunists using the LGBT community.
Christians Made the Difference in the Mid Term Elections
The GOP would not be in control of the Senate if evangelicals did not to show up at the polls for the mid-term election. More info from the Faith and Freedom Coalition:
Evangelical Vote Played Decisive Role in GOP Wave in 2014 According to Post-Election Survey
Self-Identified Conservative Christians Comprised Record Share of the Electorate, Backed GOP Candidates by 8 to 1 Margin
Conservative Christians made up almost one out of every three voters in the 2014 electorate, playing a decisive role in the Republican wave that resulted in control of the U.S. Senate, a record majority in the U.S. House, and critical victories in governors’ races, according to a post-election survey.
The poll, conducted by Public Opinion Strategies, shows that self-identified conservative Christians made up 32 percent of the electorate and voted 86 percent Republican and only 12 percent Democrat. These voters contributed roughly 52.4 percent of all the votes received by Republican candidates. White evangelicals, meanwhile, made up 23 percent of the electorate and voted 82 percent Republican and 18 percent Democratic, according to the survey.
“Conservative voters of faith were the largest constituency in the electorate in 2014,” said Ralph Reed, founder and chairman of the Faith & Freedom Coalition. “Their share of the electorate exceeded that of the African-American vote, Hispanic vote, and union vote combined. Religious conservative voters and the issues they care about are here to stay. They will be equally vital in 2016. Politicians of both parties ignore this constituency at their peril.”
Faithful Roman Catholic voters also contributed to the wave election, comprising 9 percent of the electorate and voting 70 percent Republican and 30 percent Democrat.
Glen Bolger of Public Opinion Strategies, which conducted the survey, commented on the findings. “Republicans rode the wave last night to stunning victories. Waves come from a committed base and a strong showing among swing voters,” Bolger said. “Voters of faith— Protestant and Catholic—are the foundation of the GOP. Without their overwhelming support, there is no GOP majority. With their support, Republicans are celebrating a high tide in the U.S. Senate, House, and around the country.”
Faith & Freedom Coalition made 102 million voter contacts in 2014 in key states, including mailing voter educational mail pieces to 6 million evangelical voters, making 10 million get-out-the-vote calls, distributing 20 million voter guides in 117,000 churches, emailing or texting 4.6 million voters, running 16 million online video advertisements, and deploying hundreds of volunteers who visited 500,000 homes of faith-based voters. It was the largest voter education and GOTV effort directed at faith-based voters in a midterm election in modern political history.
Mary Byrne: Testimony to City Council Regarding Sexual Discrimination Proposal
I’d like to begin by emphasizing that I do not endorse bullying or violence by anyone, and that, I believe Councilwoman Rushefsky is correct in her suggestion that the Hobby Lobby case applies to the proposed ordinance, but, not as a justification for extending exceptions to churches or church-based organizations. Rather, I believe, it applies because the U.S. Supreme Court found that the government cannot force individuals to act in violation of their religious beliefs. The IRS defines a corporation as a person, and Hobby Lobby, as a closely held corporation, which described its religious beliefs in its charter. As such, the government could not force the Hobby Lobby to act in a manner that violated its religious beliefs toward a specific type of contraception. The Court did not extend that reasoning to larger corporations that are not closely held. The connection is, that every small business owner in the room is a closely held corporation, and, like Hobby Lobby, cannot be forced to violate conscience by acting in a manner inconsistent with his or her religious beliefs.
Liberty, the unalienable right endowed by our Creator and protected by the 14th amendment, is threatened by government, when administrators of that government limit liberty of conscience informed by one’s religion.
It is said, President George Washington warned that
“Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”
When government uses the force of law to compel a citizen to act in a manner that violates his or her religious beliefs, that government is, indeed, dangerous. What this ordinance does, is compel the pastor you just heard, to tell his congregation that they cannot practice their religion outside the four walls of their church.
When speaking to the General Committee of the United Baptist Churches, Washington said,
If I could conceive that the general government might ever be so administered as to render the liberty of conscience insecure, . . . no one could be more zealous than myself to establish effectual barriers against the horrors of spiritual tyranny, and every species of religious persecution.
This ordinance does exactly what Washington found abhorrent – it renders the liberty of conscience of a group of citizens insecure and perpetrates horrors of spiritual tyranny as well as religious persecution when they are punished for refusing to support an act forbidden by the teachings of their faith. When speaking of exercising religion, no just worship, and the obligation of even the unbelieving politician to defend liberty of conscience, in his farewell address, Washington said,
Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. The mere politician, equally with the pious man, ought to respect and to cherish them, . . . Let us with caution indulge the supposition, that morality can be maintained without religion. Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure [that is, whatever intellectual elitists might teach], reason and experience both forbid us to expect, that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.
Let it simply be asked, — where is the security of property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation deserts the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice?
The truth of Washington’s statements, as well as, the traditional teachings of religious faiths represented in Springfield are the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Council members have a decision to make about this flawed proposed ordinance that renders citizens’ liberty of conscience insecure. That is, members of the Springfield City Council must decide wither to be perpetrate “horrors of spiritual tyranny” on the members of their community as Washington described, or to uphold their oaths of office to protect the U. S. Constitution and the right of liberty. I urge you to vote against the proposed ordinance.

Springfield’s SOGI Ordinance and Your Children
If you have children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, or neighbors with children read this post. The SOGI ordinance will unleash terror on your children, families and community.
According to the MCHRCR (Mayor’s Commission on Human Rights and Community Relations) Strategic Plan, your children are in their crosshairs. With the collaboration of Promo (a radical LGBT activist organization), they want to instruct your children on what is right and wrong regarding their sexuality and religion – in other words, diversity conditioning classes and political correctness.
I want to highlight # 11 of the executive summary of this document:
“Collaborate with the city of Springfield schools to teach about diversity within the schools and help create a safe environment for all school aged children (K–12) within the community.”
The details on page 21 under Goals-Coordination with Schools section 5.1 ActiAction 5.1
“Collaborate with the city of Springfield schools to teach about diversity
within the schools and help create a safe environment for all school aged
children (K-12) within the community.
Activities would include all school aged children (public, private, home
schooled).
Rationale:
The children are the future of a community. By partnering with all
schools and sponsoring activities for all school aged children (as the MLK
essay contest), the MCHRCR will assist with diversity issues.
Such partnerships will increase sensitivity in the community by educating
children about values and concerns of diverse groups (their norms and
customs) through various educational methods: training, workshops,
articles, cultural events, etc.
To foster open lines of communication, trust, and acknowledgement to
all community members as equal and viable members of the Springfield
community.
Help to keep from losing our talent to other more open regions.
Stimulate growth and not be stagnant to new ideas.
It is necessary to recognize the value of “social capital” to encourage
and retain diversity within the community.
Responsible Agency: MCHRCR.
Coordination: Springfield R-12, private school in Springfield, home school
organizations.”

Any further comments on my part are not necessary. The document speaks for itself.
Just show up at City Hall Oct. 13 at 6:30. YOUR PRESENCE IS YOUR VOICE!
The Defining Moment for the Church in Springfield, MO
This is an urgent appeal regarding the SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity) ordinance.
Springfield, MO has been targeted by PROMO (an LBGT advocacy group) in close coordination with the MCHRHR (Mayor’s Commission on Human Rights and Community Relations) to radically transform Springfield by making it illegal for Christians to practice our religion outside of the church building.
In a recent incident in Lexington, Kentucky, the Human Rights Council (their version of the MCHRCR) investigated a Christian owned screen-printing company due to their unwillingness to print T-shirts for a gay pride event. According to Ben Shapiro’s Truth Revolt, Munson (presumably a member of Lexington’s Humans Rights Commission), ruled that ‘’Hands On Originals must accept orders to print T-shirts or other products that bear messages advocating for homosexuality, and mandated the company to undergo diversity training… ‘The respondent is permanently enjoined from discriminating against individuals because of their actual or imputed sexual orientation or gender identity. The respondent is ordered to participate in diversity training to be conducted by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission within 12 months of the issuance of this order.”
Unless we speak now this type of repression is coming to Springfield, MO. Now is the time for Christians to stand up before Springfield makes it institutionally illegal for Christians to practice our religion in the marketplace.
I strongly urge you to send emails and faxes to the Mayor and City Council to vote no on Council Bill 2014-189 and 2014-189S1, and more importantly, show up at City Hall Monday on Oct. 13 and let your voice be heard. Remember, YOUR PRESENCE IS YOUR VOICE and YOUR PRESENCE IS GOD’S VOICE.
We have a special request that pastors all over Springfield and the surrounding area encourage your congregation from the pulpit and by email to show up at City Hall, and let your presence speak for Springfield and the kingdom of God.
Springfield’s Christian Suppression Law
The MCHRCR (Mayor’s Commission on Human Rights and Public Relations) has set themselves up for a major power grab. They’re in most cities and large towns throughout America. Their main objective in the name of equality is to criminalize Christianity in the name of diversity and tolerance. Their next most important objective is to move the boundaries of property rights, liberty and of course free speech. I’m posting the Executive Summary of the MCHRCR Strategic Plan to help paint the picture. Please pay close attention to #6,7,8,11,20,21.

Rushefsky Wants Proof
Councilwomen Cindy Rushefsky ridiculed the ideal that transgenders aren’t taking advantage their gender identity. I want to give just a few examples that are well documented with links to the reports.
Just because she didn’t experience this problem in her years of prosecuting doesn’t mean it never happened. If a tree falls in the woods; yes it did make a sound.
- March 2014, Toronto: A man claiming to be a woman is jailed after gaining access to a women’s shelter and prey on two women.
- September 2006, Sydney: Government officials are made aware of a male sexual predator posing as a female to be imprisoned with women. He subsequently assaulted and impregnated at least one female inmate. Speaking of – has Sheriff Arnott been asked about how he feels knowing that if passed as/is, the potential for “inter-mingling” inmates?
- March 2012, Dallas: Paul Witherspoon, a registered sex offender, is ticketed for using a women’s restroom after becoming “Paula”, a transgender.
- 2010 and 2012, British Columbia: Being accused of sexually assaulting 60 girls, convicted felon and repeat sex offender Matthew Harks becomes a transgender in prison. If the SOGI Law is passed in Springfield, Mr/Ms Harks would not be prohibited from using a women’s restroom.
- April 2014, San Fransisco: Women’s Rights, Transgender Rights, Twitter engineer and transgender, Dana McCallum is charged with five felonies that include rape, false imprisonment, and is also charged with domestic violence.
- September 2013, Oklahoma City: Christopher T. Gard waits inside a women’s restroom until a young girl comes inside, he locks the door, and while the girls hear her screams while she is held at gunpoint and choked. Gard was wearing only a pair of women’s panties.
- August 2013, Marion County, AR: Sexual predator Carl Dahn is arrested after being dressed in women’s clothing and sexually soliciting himself to what he thought was an underage girl, but was instead an undercover police officer.
May 2013, Detroit: Transgender Sean Gossman is charged with child pornography after federal police uncovered a thumb drive linked to him with incriminating evidence.

SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity) Action Points
To the Church of Springfield and surrounding areas,
We should act and act now in regards to the City Council’s SOGI (Sexual orientation and Gender Identity) ordinance.
- This ordinance has a triggering mechanism that by law confers power to the MCHRCR (Mayors Commission of Human Rights and Community Relations); which grants them power to license all businesses to have a certification from the MCHRCR. The MCHRCR is an unelected extreme left leaning that has a well-established track record of being hostile towards Christians in the name of protecting those in the LGBT community.
- In many places where the SOGI ordinance has passed Christians are terrorized with lawsuits. Printing businesses, wedding planners, wedding facilities, florists and bakeries are usually the first targets.
- The MCHRCR will have the authority to collaborate with schools to teach diversity within the schools k-12 (The MCHRCR Strategic Plan includes private schools and homeschoolers).
- The MCHRCR will be empowered to set up a reporting mechanism that they alone control which amounts to a snitch program. They will not only be reporting human rights infringements, but mutual respect infringements. Mutual respect is extremely broad and vague language which makes everyone a potential violator for simply having a different opinion.
- This ordinance will grant a defense to male sex offenders who claim they have a female “gender identity” and use that as a pretense for entering women’s bathrooms, showers, and shelters.
Why should we act?
- To retain the right to freely exercise our religion.
- Your children, businesses, neighbors and property rights are all targets of this ordinance.
How to act
- Call the mayor and councilmen and women and recruit five friends to demand that they vote up or down. Let there be no tabling, no further studying, no abstaining and or delays. State that you prefer a no vote. Tell them that if this ordinance passes there will be a referendum on the ballot and it will pass. State emphatically that this council and the unelected MCHRCR will be responsible for costing this city an estimated 1-1/2 million dollars.
- Send an email, fax, and a hand written letter to each councilman. Do at least one item or all.
- Show up at the council meeting on Oct. 13, 6:30 at 830 N. Boonville, and bring five friends. RECRUIT! RECRUIT! Your presence is your voice!!
Do something and do it today! You were born for such a time as this. The governor Nehemiah placed the heads of each household in front of the broken walls where their house once existed, and told them to defend their families and property. In the name of God almighty I appeal for you to do the same.
